Originally from Kent, LSJ - Love Songs Jo brings romance, laughter and classic feel-good music to Monster Radio.
Jo joined the station in October 2021 and quickly found her happy place behind the microphone. When she is in the studio, the outside world can wait - it is all about the music, the memories and sharing a little joy with listeners.
Catch Love Songs on Sunday evenings, where Jo creates the perfect soundtrack for relaxing, reminiscing or singing along with someone special. She also hosts Drive Time on Wednesday evenings, bringing fun, familiar favourites and plenty of personality to the journey home.
Her music taste is romantic, classic and full of fun, with influences including Nat King Cole, Elton John and Bryan Adams. She loves a good singalong - even if she admits she sings badly - and her favourite thing about radio is simply enjoying the moment with listeners.
Jo’s guaranteed good-mood song is “Where Do You Go” by No Mercy, a track packed with happy memories.
Away from the studio, Jo enjoys baking - so there may be just as much sweetness off air as there is on it.
