Monster Club Refund Policy

Monster Club membership provides access to member benefits, discounts and offers for a 12-month period from the date of purchase.

If you purchase a Monster Club membership and change your mind before your membership has been activated or used, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a refund is legally required, or where we agree that a refund is appropriate, the refund will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Once a membership has been activated and used to access Monster Club benefits, refunds may be limited except where required by applicable consumer law.

Membership is not refundable simply because a particular participating business, discount or offer is changed or withdrawn during the membership period.

If a payment has been taken in error, duplicated, or there is a genuine issue with your membership, please contact us so we can review the matter.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
